What is the SMORE PLUS member?
The SMORE PLUS is a membership and reward programme operated by Wah Lee Chain Store Sdn. Bhd. and co-branding with Touch n Go company. With the SMORE PLUS card member, you earn points and rebates when you shop at Wah Lee Group's outlet, redeem gifts with SMORE PLUS point, exclusive invitation from Wah Lee Group for exclusive promotion during member month, merchant discount and heaps benefits to be enjoy.

Terms & Conditions

1. Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia with age of 18 years and above.
2. The SMORE PLUS Card is not a credit card or charge card but a Touch & Go card.The SMORE PLUS card and The SMORE PLUS points awarded may not be assigned or transferred and shall be used exclusively by valid Cardholders.
3. The sales staffs are not allowed to use their SMORE PLUS Card during working hours and strictly not on customer purchases.
4. A fee of RM36 will be charged for first sign up of SMORE PLUS Card and RM10 will be loaded into Touch & Go credit.
5. The SMORE PLUSCard application is renewable at the annual membership fee of RM15 inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
6. For all stolen, lost or damage of SMORE PLUS card, a fee of RM15 will be charge to the Cardholder as replacement fee.
7. In the event the membership is renewed, the date of renewal will commence on the day after expiry date and upon renewal, the membership shall be entitled to all the points and rebates accumulated previously.
8. Any points, which are not been redeemed within 3 years, after the end of the calendar year in which the Points were recorded, will automatically expire and be deducted from the Points balance in a Member’s account.
9. Wah Lee Group reserves the right to use and utilize the database information of member for marketing purposes.
10. Wah Lee Group reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of the SMORE PLUS Card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
11. Wah Lee Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, Wah Lee Group shall give advance notice to all members in the manner Wah Lee Group deems appropriate.
12. WAH LEE Chain Store Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to omit, add or amend the SMORE PLUS Card Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing SMORE PLUS Card Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions.
